Pam from Lifeline contacted us to establish what we needed and within 24 hours care was provided. The team that have visited have been so professional and truly care, always have a smile about what they do nothing phases them. They have been on time which I know must be difficult at times as you never know what your previous visit could entail and if you will be delayed.
