Following our due diligence review with the Hampshire County Council, HCC requested for reviews from our customers. Adam from the ICB complimented our efficiency, outstanding care, and our abilities to a quick response.

“We have commissioned Lifeline to deliver various domiciliary care packages and they repeatedly demonstrate an open honesty and professional manner. They are very responsive to our needs.

I have heard nothing but praise from clients and families about the organisation, the leadership and the individual carers themselves. Just this morning gentleman whose wife is now receiving care from them following a very problematic experience with a previous care provider described them as exactly what he and his wife were looking for from carers.

I am not aware of any safeguarding or quality concerns. I cannot recommend them highly enough as a provider. “

“We have been working with this provider for some time. There have been occasional concerns over quality and carer’s ability to communicate with client and families. However, whenever we have had concerns, the manager has been proactive in trying to resolve these. There have been at times where we might have expected the provider contact others for advice, rather than trying to resolve any issues with families, however we have discussed this with the provider, and they seem to be taking this on board.

They have attended and contributed to professionals’ meetings held in relation to our client.”

At the end of the POC, June’s family was grateful with the services that was rendered by the Live in Carer. June reported that she had the best two weeks of her life and wished the Package could be longer.
